Birth Doula

Prenatal Meetings

Three Meetings

Prenatal meetings are important to establish relationship and trust. I feel that getting to know my clients over three prenatal visits leads to better birth satisfaction. Tailored packages are available to meet client's needs and goals for birth. I will provide you with current, evidence-based information and resources. Each meeting is designed to build confidence for the miracle of birth!

Essentials

Why a Mom Would Want It

Having a doula at your side has been shown to reduce cesarean section rates and lead to better overall satisfaction. A first-time father can feel empowered to support  confidently as an active participant. Mom is prepared and knows what to expect and has continuous support  in all aspects of birth.

Pricing

Birth doula package fees are $800 and include 3 prenatal visits, continuous labor and delivery support and 1 postpartum visit. If you plan to breastfeed your baby, consider adding on a prenatal feeding assessment and a lactation visit.
